A tasting journey that traces the evolution of Ronchi di Castelluccio through four wines, representing both its heritage and its present.

We begin with Le More (Sangiovese) and Lunaria (Sauvignon Blanc), the estate’s icons: immediate and recognizable wines, sourced from vineyards planted in 2002 and long-standing local favorites. The tasting continues with Buco del Prete (Sangiovese) and Sottovento (Sauvignon Blanc), expressions of the new vision introduced by the Rametta brothers, owners of the winery since 2020. These two wines of great character, harvested from 1989 vineyards, represent the “new classics” of Ronchi di Castelluccio.

The journey includes all the ‘Ronchi’ currently in production: Ronco del Re (Sauvignon Blanc), a symbol of elegance and longevity; Ronco Casone (Sangiovese); Ronco della Simia (Sangiovese); and Il Poggiolo (Cabernet Sauvignon).

Four milestones of the winery, capable of narrating the history, the terroir, and the oenological excellence of Ronchi di Castelluccio through interpretations of great character and complexity.
